Q. How will my package arrive?

A. Our products are not all located in the same place and shipping carriers will depend upon the place it is shipped from.  Portable appliances and flash lights will ship USPS or are available for local pick up. Most other products will ship either UPS or Fed EX. You will recieve specific shipping details when your order ships. 

Q. I am having trouble assembling or using my product.

Q. How do I return merchandise? 

A. Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If they appear damaged please do not accept delivery. If the package was dilivered when you were not available please call the carrier. For damaged on delivery and any other returns please contact us at support@enjoyandlearnoutdoors.com with all details and any other supporting evidence.
